  • Abs/Sculpt - Resistance work using weights, bands, etc
  • Bodyblaster - Full body toning and strengthening
  • Boot Camp - A no-nonsense to cardio and strength work
  • Cardio - All cardio step and floor work
  • Cycling - All Cardio, done on Kaiser bikes
  • Kickboxing - Full body workout combos incorporating jabs, drills, and kicks
  • KidFit - For the little ones, 2 and up
  • Pilates - Strength moves using body weight as resistance
  • StepSculpt - A mix of step aerobics and weight work
  • TriviaCycle - Ride while playing Trivial Pursuit, Fun!!!
  • Yoga - Body strengthening, stretching and breath work thru different yoga style
